The eligible units will be entitled to following incentives under
Gujarat IT/ITes Policy (2022-27)
CAPEX support up to INR 50 Cr for IT/ITeS units and up to 200 Cr for Mega Projects
OPEX support up to INR 20 Cr per year for IT/ITeS units and up to 40 Cr for Mega Projects
Employment Generation Incentive (EGI) upto INR 60,000 per employee
Atmanirbhar Gujarat Rojgar Sahay - up to 100% reimbursment of employer's contribution of EPF
The eligible units will be entitled to following incentives under
Gujarat IT/ITes Policy (2022-27)
Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) up to INR 50,000 for every youth towards IT Skills Enhancement
Fiscal Incentives for development of IT Parks up to INR 100 Cr
Rental subsidy up to INR 10,000 per month per seat under Government facilitated infrastructure & empanelment model
Interest Assistance on term loan up to 7% of the principal loan amount
The eligible units will be entitled to following incentives under
Gujarat IT/ITes Policy (2022-27)
100% reimbursment of Electricity Duty
R&D Center/Institutes: CAPEX support upto INR 5 Cr
Data Centers: CAPEX supports up to INR 200 Cr, OPEX support up to INR 40 Cr per year and Special Incentives.
Cable Landing Station (CLS): CAPEX support up to INR 20 Cr and power tariff subsidy along with other Non Fiscal incentives
The eligible units will be entitled to following incentives under
Gujarat IT/ITes Policy (2022-27)
ICT and Deep Tech Startups: Assistance in R&D, Prototype Creation and Product Development, Patent Assistance, Quality certification, Shared infrastructure (cloud) cost Support, Monthly Lease Rental Support and Special Incentives
ICT and Deep Tech Incubators: CAPEX support up to INR 25 Cr, OPEX support up to INR 10 Cr per year and Special Incentives
Global Capability Centers (GCCs): CAPEX support up to INR 200 Cr, OPEX support up to INR 40 Cr per year and Special Incentives.
Deep Tech Centre of Excellence (CoE): CAPEX support up to INR 200 Cr, OPEX support up to INR 40 Cr per year and Special Incentives.
The eligible units will be entitled to following incentives under
Gujarat IT/ITes Policy (2022-27)
ICT and Deep Tech Accelerators: 10% for the investments facilitated by the accelerator through venture capitalists and investors to ICT & deep tech startups and Special Incentives.
The eligible units will be entitled to following incentives under
Gujarat Capability Center Policy (2025-2030)
CAPEX support up to INR 50 Cr for Eligible units and up to INR 200 Cr for Mega Projects.
OPEX support up to INR 20 Cr per year for Eligible units and up to INR 40 Cr per year for Mega Projects.

The eligible units will be entitled to following incentives under
Gujarat Capability Center Policy (2025-2030)
Quality Certification: - 80% reimbursement of quality certification fees, up to a maximum of INR 10 lakh.
